What does the role involve?

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for delivering professional customer service to our customers. You need to answer incoming inquiry via phone, email and fax and handle and solve customer complaints.

Your role will involve providing pre/after sales service and following through sales order and quotations processing. You will also be closely working with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics) to serve customers and follow through sales order.

In addition, you will consistently provide feedback to your manager on customers’ opinions and suggest operation improvement initiatives.

What you need is:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline, preferred with 1+ years of customer related or retail sales experience
  • Ability to manage time and multi-task daily while maintaining high performance standards
  • Caring and strong passion in customer services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and become a team player
  • React quickly to a changing environment with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking skills, detail oriented and well organized
  • Strong Microsoft and PC skills; including Microsoft Office Package
  • High proficiency in English communication.
