What's the role?

This position will look after the Metro project nationwide of Vietnam and identify Hilti potential sales.

What does the role involve?

Map all contractors involved in the Metro Project to ensure the coverage and penetration to the Project.

Keep track on the construction progress and derive plan of Hilti consultancy and sales action.

Develop business relationship with all the key players (e.g., Construction Managers, Owners, General Contractors, etc.) to enable and support the sales and engineering team for a smooth business flow.

Ensure total customer satisfaction involved in the Projects by closely monitoring & implementing Hilti Services Program (Safety Training, On-site service, Seminar, Installation training, Joint Inspection and Mock-ups) .

Manage the Project penetration by measuring the sales achievement against the total Hilti sales potential.

Take leadership in the Annual and Trimestral Rolling Forecast planning and execution.

Coordinate activities with the Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics team to ensure high customer satisfaction.

What you need is:

  • Strong Technical Background and Sales experience (Civil, Construction materials or Mechanical Background).
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in construction/industrial projects (experience in Japanese big projects is a plus).
  • Clear and concise communication skills, able to position himself as natural leader.
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate independently.
  • Customer oriented with a focus on quality and service.
  • Fluent in English language.
