The role of the local HR Business partner is to help ensure Hilti business success by implementing our HR initiatives and practices locally. You consult and coach team members and team leaders in all people related topics. At the same time, you initiate, develop and drive local HR projects as well as acting as partner for the business and a problem solver. In collaboration with the global Center of expertise you drive solutions which help to implement the business transformation.
In this role you will act as the Controller / Finance Business Partner for various (decentralized) Strategic Marketing departments. You will work together with different functional stakeholders (e.g., senior management, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, Global IT) in a complex matrix organization, as well as being part of global and cross-functional project teams to support Global Strategic Marketing’s strategy of reshaping the way we do Marketing & Sales in the future.
