This position provides timely and efficient orders approval process including update of DNB, analysis of credit worthiness, call customers for past due invoices and partnering with Account Mangers and Regional Managers to accelerate the approval process and avoid delay on orders. This role provides good customer services to maximize sales, resolve dispute and avoid orders to be declined.
The Office Coordinator is responsible for working in conjunction with the Senior Manager Facilities in coordinating and supervising the Walnut Creek office services functions including the Mailroom, the reception area, and general office services. Responsibilities include supervision of vendor services related to the Walnut Creek office, coordinating inter-office moves, managing security for the Hilti team, and working with the building owner on building related maintenance and security. The incumbent will in conjunction with the Senior Manager Facilities pay bills for the same.
The Accountant assists in the preparation of financial statements and analysis for assigned Market Organization(s). This position executes accounting processes maintaining Hilti’s Internal Control System. The Accountant participates in special management projects as needed.

The Collections Analyst II is responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls by partnering with Account Managers and Regional Managers to provide information on customers’ accounts. This position provides timely and efficient collection of the company’s account receivables and approves orders on new accounts as well as additional billings on existing accounts resulting in maximum sales, sound receivables, and minimal losses. This role provides good customer service through dispute resolution.
