The purpose of the role is to achieve profitable sales by providing timely and appropriate customer service and technical expertise in response to customer's needs to ensure the successful achievement of the company's objectives and growth. The role involves providing information and technical advice via telephone or e-mail on products and applications. The job holder needs to actively promote sales in cooperation with other sales channels.

התפקיד משלב מכירה ושירות, עיקר העבודה מתבססת על מכירה מייעצת ללקוחות החברה. המכירה היא מכירה מורכבת, תהליכית, עסקית ואקטיבית. ההתמקדות כיום היא בלקוחות קיימים-פוטנציאליים, כאשר המטרה היא לפתח את הלקוחות, מכירה, ייעוץ טכני ושירות לאחר המכירה. העבודה כוללת בניית עבודה שבועית באישור מנהל, התנהלות בשטח באופן עצמאי, הגעה לשטח, אבחון בעיות והצעת פתרונות וכלים ללקוח. העבודה מתבצעת מול קבלנים/מנהלי עבודה/תעשיות/מפעלים/נגריות (לא חנויות פרטיות, העבודה מול הצרכן הסופי). העבודה היא 100% שטח (אתרי בנייה,מנופים,בורות,חולות....). המכירה היא יזמית ודורשת ראייה עסקית רחבה.
